Biloxi Motorcycle Wreck - DUI Is The Cause

July 31st, 2011

Dustin Scheimann was in a Biloxi motorcycle wreck.  He was riding the motorcycle when a collision with a car happened.  The car was driven by Brandon Brown and he caused this Biloxi car wreck.

According to authorities, Brandon Brown was drunk and caused this accident.  Apparently, the dui was one of the factors.  The police have now charged him with dui causing death.  This is a very serious charge and could result in many years in prison for Brandon Brown.

Of course, what is even worse is Dustin Scheimann died from his injuries.

I don't know if it would have mattered or not but I don't like motorcycles because even if a motorcycle is in a minor accident, it can result in serious injuries for the rider.

I don't know if Brandon was wearing his seat belt or not.  But, if you take the Mississippi Seat Belt Pledge, I'll send you my book for FREE.  Just click on the book below to get it.

Give us details please. I always like to get it right. I’m only going by what the authorities say. Didn’t he get arrested for a DUI felony causing death?

  2. Biloxi residence says:

    Cause was biker doing stunts!

  3. Biloxi says:

Doing stunts or not the operator of the vehicle shouldn’t have been driving since he was over the legal limit. Case closed!

I’m not sure what happened here because the facts haven’t been shown in Court yet. I’m sure more will come out once the case is set for the criminal trial.

My condolences to the family and friends of everyone involved. I know this is a horrible time for everyone.
