Christopher Hebert of Moss Point

I hate to see sad stories like this.

Christopher Hebert of Moss Point was working at the Omega Protein factory.

Tragedy struck whenever he was caught in a conveyor belt.

Christopher Hebert of Moss Point was only 24 years old when his life was taken from him.

OSHA had not been to this factory in five years.

So far there was no criminal charges filed, and this terrible tragedy has been ruled as an accident.

OSHA has up to six months to produce a final report and propose penalties if violations are found, said Michael Wald, regional director of the office of public affairs for the U.S. Department of Labor.

“OSHA is inspecting to see if the employer violated any OSHA standards,” Wald said.

Omega Protein is a nutritional-ingredient company that produces omega-3 fish oil and specialty fish-meal products. The plant and its adjacent shipyard employ about 300 people.

This was the first fatality for the company since the Sandy Point fishing boat sank in the Gulfport Ship Channel after it collided with the container ship Eurus London in May 2011. Three crew members died then.

Christopher Hebert of Moss Point =My Bad Lawyer MISSION

My mission is to stop all these RUDE and worthless lawyers.

Nothing any lawyer (including myself) can do to make this family not hurt.

But lawyers can hurt the family more by neglecting their case.

They would treat them just like all the other clients are treated. (worthless, pushed to the side, not important).

But that is what makes me different.

I treat every client as if they are my most important case.

I talk to my clients 3 times a WEEK!!

I have a system for this, and that is EXACTLY why I don’t accept all cases.

I know what I can handle!

So if you have been in a terrible accident involving your job, or even a car wreck.
