For the second time in TWO weeks, an explosion at Mississippi Phosphates has claimed a life as well as this time injuring two additional workers.

Jeffery Simpson died May 21, 2012 in an explosion at the Pascagoula, MS plant.  Just two weeks later,  Jeremy Moore was killed in another explosion that also injured two workers.  What a tragic loss!  I hate to read about incidents like this in the news.
