An insurance research institute found that Mississippi is one of the leading states in the nation the most uninsured motorists. In fact, the study showed that Mississippi is second in the nation with the most uninsured drivers. The study demonstrates that out of every four drivers in Mississippi, at least one is uninsured.
In other words, do not let an insurance company sell you an insurance policy unless you have uninsured motorist insurance. If you have a serious injury in a car wreck, how will you pay for the hospital bills without insurance?
