As I always say,

*** BEFORE You Hire A Lawyer (including BEFORE you try to hire me!). . .

*** BEFORE You Talk To The Insurance Company. . .

*** Read My Free Book FIRST!

This book is going to answer all your questions and here is just a small sample:

*** Should I Sign The Documents The Insurance Company Wants Me To Sign?

*** How Do I Get My Car Repaired?

*** Do I Have A Right To Fix My Car Whereever I Want?

*** How To Find A Good Car Wreck Lawyer

*** How Can I Trust Mississippi Lawyers  (here’s a tip: I don’t trust most of them either!)?

Whatever you do, read my book first.  And that includes BEFORE you try to hire me.  My book will explain in detail how selective I am about cases.  I am VERY selective and I don’t just take every case for every person.  In fact, I only represent people injured in car accidents, trucking accidents, longshore accidents, and worker’s compensation.  That is it.  My book will explain in detail why.  And it will also explain why I may not be able to take your case.  Most TV lawyers will fall all over themselves trying to get your case, I don’t.  My book will explain why.

And by the way, I know you don’t trust lawyers.  I am a Mississippi injury lawyer and I don’t trust lawyers either!  In fact, I don’t trust most lawyers.  After reading my book, I want you to listen to my clients.  There are video testimonials all over this website from my clients who were in your same position and they didn’t know if they could trust me.  Watch this video testimonial.

I KNOW how difficult it is to trust a lawyer.  In fact, I am a lawyer and I don’t trust most of them.  I am different.  I was born here.  I was raised here.  I went to school here.  My kids were born here.  I am raising my kids here.  My kids go to school here.  When I graduated law school, there was no doubt that I was going to practice law here.

And my clients tell the story for me.  They love referring people to me because I have treated them differently than other lawyers have treated them.  BUT, they also know that I am VERY selective about the cases I take.  I can’t help everyone so your case may not meet my criteria.  Get my FREE Book, Top 5 Mistakes That Can Wreck Your Mississippi Car Wreck Case, and it will tell you what kind of cases I take and don’t take.  All you have to do is put your name, address, telephone number, and email in the boxes WAY DOWN towards the bottome of this page.

I have said before and I will say it again car wrecks and accidents in Biloxi or Gulfport, Mississippi and elsewhere in the country happen way too often.  Inattention.  Reading.  Texting.  Drinking.  Eating.  People do all kinds of things while driving.  And no matter what improvements in safety standards for cars and trucks are developed, such as air bags, anti-lock brakes, and other safety improvement measures over the last several decades, we are going to have injuries when we have wrecks.  These causes of Mississippi car wrecks are common and we see severe injuries frequently.  Of course, some safety devices (front and side air bags) can help reduce or even prevent injuries in Mississippi car wrecks or accidents.  But, unfortunately, not always.

The fact of the matter is that when we are driving any vehicle, whether it is a motorcycle, car, truck or an eighteen wheeler, our full attention and concentration must be on driving.  Regrettably, paying attention to our driving is something many Mississippi drivers forget about.  Several recent studies show that driver distraction is contributing to a larger number of car accidents than ever before.  In fact, a recent poll was conducted and it was discovered that drivers admitted they repeatedly: (a) forget to use their turn signals when they are making to make a turn; (b) talk on their cell phone while driving; (c) speed; (d) text on their cell phone; (e) read while driving; (f) eat while driving; (g) run yellow or even red lights; and, (h) forget to wear their seat belts.  In fact, a recent study shows that texting and driving is worse than drinking and driving.

I hope a person in a wreck or accident in Mississippi only has minor injuries.  However, very serious injuries can happen due to car wrecks, including broken bones, head injuries, ruptured, herniated and even bulging discs in your back or neck.  Other serious injuries include, serious fractures, severe burns, brain injuries, back injuries, neck injuries, and spinal cord injuries.  Recovering from these injuries can sometimes take months or even years for a person to get over their injuries due to a Mississippi car wreck or accident.  Of course, there are lots of expenses that accompany many of these types of injuries such as medical bills associated with the recovery, physical therapy bills, radiology bills, and other bills associated with a car wreck in Mississippi.

While some wrecks or accidents continue to occur as a result of auto defects – such as defective steering, defective brakes, defective tires, defective air bags, defective seat belts and defective helmets on motorcycles, most accidents happen due to human error and driver distraction.

In Mississippi, I have repeatedly seen accidents caused by people who fail to use their turn signals.  Some people drive their car as if there are no turn signals.  I know some of us make jokes about it but it is no joking matter, especially when someone gets injured in the wreck.

Insurance companies know this.  This is why they are in a hurry to settle your claim.  They want and need you to settle your car wreck case before you realize the nature and extent of your injuries from the car accident.  Therefore, they make you a quick offer in the hopes of getting it settled quickly.  Don’t be fooled.

It may seem like a good deal – until you find out that you have settled your case and now you need surgery.  I just had this happen recently when a person injured in a wreck in Mississippi already settled their case.  This person called me after they settled the case.  It was too late.  Don’t make the same mistake.

Dealing with insurance companies is one of my specialties in regards to car wrecks.  The insurance companies’ practices further victimizes the victims of car, motorcycle, and truck accidents or wrecks.  Before I represented people in Mississippi injured or hurt in car wrecks, I spent four years representing insurance companies as an insurance defense attorney.  This gave me first-hand INSIDER SECRETS of the ridiculous practices the insurance companies employ in every disputed case.  As a result, I am determined to use this knowledge that I gained by representing insurance companies to help you (IF AND ONLY IF YOUR CASE MEETS MY CRITERIA).  I have represented thousands of Mississippians injured in car wrecks.

      Mr. Stinziano,

First, let me say that I’m sorry you were in an accident. I know that can be a very difficult situation.

We already sent you the E-Book. Let me know how you liked it.

  2. Gary J. Rachuba says:

My insurance is presently working on my case. The other driver was not given a ticket, but was reported as failing to yield. My car was totaled so I am relying on the other driver’s insurance company to furnish me with another automobile.

      Mr. Rachuba,

First, let me say that I’m sorry about your wreck. Unfortunately, a lot of people these days have no problem disobeying safety rules. When they intentionally disobey those rules, they cause wrecks. I’m not exactly sure of your question but I can tell you that my car wreck book (it’s free), will answer just about any question you have.

Good luck and once again, I’m sorry you were in a wreck.

  3. I am interested in your job opportunity and as requested I am viewing your website prior to submitting my resume to learn more. Therefor I am interested in reading your book that you request your potential clients to read. Thank you

    Hi Mrs. Wilkerson,

First, let me say that I’m very sorry that your husband was in a wreck. I’ve been in one and I know it is a giant pain both physically and financially. Based on what you said in your comment, I don’t know if you need a lawyer. I know that sounds strange since most lawyers scream at you telling you to hire them for every wreck but I’d rather tell you the truth. And the truth is you don’t need a lawyer for every wreck. You can call us at 228-872-6000 so we can get some more information or if you don’t feel comfortable talking with us, you can email me directly at and we can talk by email. I’d rather not post confidential information on my blog because the insurance companies do read it. Also, have you read my book? I’ll give it to you for free. It will answer a bunch of questions for you about wrecks. Thanks and again, I’m sorry you are in this situation.
