First, let me say that I’m sorry about your wreck. Unfortunately, a lot of people these days have no problem disobeying safety rules. When they intentionally disobey those rules, they cause wrecks. I’m not exactly sure of your question but I can tell you that my car wreck book (it’s free), will answer just about any question you have.

My insurance is presently working on my case. The other driver was not given a ticket, but was reported as failing to yield. My car was totaled so I am relying on the other driver’s insurance company to furnish me with another automobile.
