***Why don’t the TV Lawyers proudly and loudly scream at you (like they do about taking your case and making money off you): I don’t have a Mississippi Bar License!

I think it is highly MISLEADING to you to advertise in Mississippi as if the lawyer had a Mississippi Bar License and then never tell you this in BIG WORDS.

I mean, COME ON! Lawyers wonder why we have such a bad reputation.

The TV Lawyers that do this are giving us the bad reputation!

You, the public don’t trust lawyers anyway. And, frankly, these type of TV ads are EXACTLY why you shouldn’t trust lawyers. I don’t trust most lawyers either by the way.

Why don’t I trust them? Many TV Lawyers (and other lawyers) do this exact type of what I call misleading stuff. I mean if the lawyer has no problem with the fact that he does not have a Mississippi Bar License, then why doesn’t he put in

Many of the TV Lawyers just don’t do this because they really don’t want you to know or they are scared you won’t hire them.
