I set this up because the number one complaint about lawyers is playing phone and email tag.

Setting an office meeting will prevent phone and email tag.

I know phone and email tag drives you crazy and it drives me crazy also.

1. You must be a client or a potential client. If you are an insurance company or a lawyer, please do not email us. Instead, please fax us or send a meeting invitation from your calendar and we can conduct the “meeting” as a regular phone call.
2. If you are a client or potential client, please scroll down and pick your time and day that you want to set an office meeting.
3. Please use your legal name when setting your phone appointment.
4. After you click on the time, please make sure you put in your correct email address and phone number so we can email and text you reminders about your office meeting.
5. The office meeting will take place in our Ocean Springs Office.
6. If you want to conduct the office meeting by phone or by video conference, that is fine also.
7. Please note that I have things get set by Courts long in advance so you cannot set a meeting more than 10 days in advance so there is no point in trying to set an office meeting farther in advance than 10 days. Therefore, if no meetings are available, just check back the next day.
8. I have tried every other system possible to prevent phone and email tag and this is THE BEST system. It completely prevents it.
