Using Exclamation Points!

It’s no secret that Jay Foster likes to use exclamation points.

And capital letters!

But why is that? It’s not just a style thing.

As you read up on the website about our unique law office model and how we work, you’ll see that there is a very particular philosophy behind Jay Foster’s communication methods.

On a Mission

Simply put, Jay Foster has a mission to stop lawyers who aren’t doing their jobs in the ways that they should.

You don’t have to dig too far down on the site to see some of these scare stories at work. But you also don’t have to look very far to find real lawyers who work in these kinds of shady ways. Sadly, it’s more commonplace than we would think to get a law office where nobody responds or returns calls in a decent way, and the client just hangs out there worrying and not knowing what for days and nights…

Right Here

In some ways, the bombastic style on the website is meant to back up a core idea that’s very real at our law office.

We’re right here. We’re an active force for our client’s best interests. We are not just dragging in people with neat advertising and leaving them high and dry!

Again, you can read stories on the site. Lawyers are notorious for poor communications and poor response in the moment. That’s when people need them – in the moment. The times when you have to rely on an attorney are often trying times – you need someone who’s in your corner and ready to go to work for you.

If you’ve ever had the other kind of experience, you know how frustrating it can be. You call again and again, getting the same result – voicemails, and secretaries who don’t seem to know what’s going on. When you finally get the message, you invested a lot of time in communicating with someone who doesn’t seem to want to communicate back.

But that’s just a symptom of the underlying problem where lawyers are just looking for a quick buck. At Jay Foster, on the other hand, we want to go to bat for our clients and be with them every step of the way. That’s just the right thing to do in this business!

Take it from Jay Foster – it’s a rough world out there, and you need legal professionals who will be proactive in taking your case to the courts and anticipating challenges. You want people who are responsive and attentive to what you’re dealing with. Anything less is just not good lawyering, and will not leave you with a warm fuzzy feeling! Call us.
