📞 Phone Appointments
First off — THANK YOU for being here! 🙌
I know phone and email tag is frustrating. You don’t like it. I don’t like it. Nobody likes it. That’s why I’ve set up this scheduling system — so we can connect without the chaos.
Your time is valuable, and I want our conversations to be easy, efficient, and on purpose (not by surprise).
I might be the only lawyer who lets you book your own appointments online — so take advantage of it!
Just follow the steps below and we’ll be all set:
1. 👤 For Clients & Potential Clients Only
This is for clients and potential clients only. If you’re an insurance company or a lawyer, please don’t email me. Instead, send a fax or a calendar invite like it’s 1998. We’ll schedule a regular call that way.
2. 🕒 Choose Your Time
Scroll down and pick a time for a 5-minute phone appointment. That’s it. Easy.
3. 📝 Use Your Legal Name
No nicknames, no aliases, no “Mom’s Cell.” Just your full legal name, please.
4. 📅 Mark Your Calendar
Write it down, tattoo it on your arm, or just wait for the email and text reminders I’ll send you. Whatever works.
5. 📞 Weekday vs. Weekend Calls
- Weekday appointment? You call me at 228-872-6000.
- Weekend appointment? I’ll call you.
(Yes, I work weekends. No, I don’t recommend it.)
6. ⏳ Need More Time?
- Need 10 minutes? Book 2 back-to-back.
- Need 15? Book 3.
- Need more than 15? Book an office meeting instead: www.JayFosterLaw.com/OfficeMeeting
(And yes, we can still do it by phone if you prefer.)
7. 👉 No Available Appointments? – This is the part everyone skips, but it’ll save you time.
If no openings show up, that’s normal — it just means I’m fully booked. Appointments are only available within 10 days.
You cannot book 30, 60, or 365 days in advance. If you try to do that, the calendar will look empty. That doesn’t mean the website is broken — it means it’s working exactly as it should. Please check back frequently — new openings pop up all the time. I wish I could be in two places at once, but I’m still working on that superpower. 😄
